"Poor Service, Extremely high rates. Raises rates every 6 months for no reason. Carly in his office is rude and disrespectful. You ask for help and get told to call an 800#. Why have an agent if they won't help? They lured me in with a low rate the first 6months and has more than doubled since. I see by other reviews below the same thing has been done to other customers. Claims that paid out $0 now hurting our rates and hurting rates when moving to another company."

"Man, where do I start.

To begin with we have 4 cars, an ATV, a camper and a boat. We spend spend a substantial amount of money on full coverage premiums every months.

When adding a 5th vehicle, with full coverage, we were advised that StateFarm would not be renewing us this coming April and we're advised to "start looking for a new insurance provider" due to comprehensive claims.

These comprehensive claims were windshield replacements. StateFarm paid out less than $1000 in repairs for our claims. We also closed out one of them without any repairs being made or payments being send out. Despite StateFarm not spending a single dollar fixing that vehicle there is now another comprehensive claim on our record that we can't do anything about.

During this time not one of these Agents said a word about having windshield repairs possibly causing us to lose coverage. Not to mention that billing has been a nightmare throughout this entire ordeal.

Also, while searching for new insurance, which is now insanely expensive, dispute not having any crashes. There is a mysterious claim made in October of 2024 that pops up. This claim does not appear on my StateFarm App and this agency is unable to tell us what it is for "without speaking to the main office"...

I will say that Jordan at least "tried" to speak with the underwriters to maintain out coverage with no success...

Under no circumstances should you consider StateFarm as your insurance provider. The terrible rumors are true and their reputation precedes them."
